Frequently asked question

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

What does Gynesis feel like?

When you start using Gynesis, you will initially feel the contraction in your buttocks. As you increase the intensity level, you will begin to feel the contraction move to the front, followed by a sensation of "squeezing," "tightening," and/or "lifting" between your legs as your pelvic floor contracts. At this point, you will have reached the desired therapeutic level. You should not experience any strong contraction in the front panels.

Will I need a prescription to purchase Gynesis?

Great news! Gynesis does not require a prescription.

How often do I need to use Gynesis?

To effectively treat stress urinary incontinence, use Gynesis for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for 12 weeks. After the initial 12 week treatment period, we recommend continuing to use Gynesis at least 1-2 times per week to stimulate the pelvic floor and achieve optimal results.

What countries do we ship to?

Once Gynesis launches, we will only ship within the United States. However, we plan to expand internationally in the future.

  • Pregnant.
  • Has a suspected or diagnosed heart condition, without consulting a clinician first.
  • If you have any implanted metal devices in the abdominal or pelvic areas such as a metal hip implant, metal clamps, or an Intrauterine Device (IUD) which is made primarily from metal.
  • Has epilepsy or is under medical supervision for cognitive dysfunction.
  • If wearing the product necessitates placement over areas at which drugs/medicines are administered by injection.
  • Do not use in close proximity (e.g. 3ft) to shortwave or microwave therapy equipment, as this may produce instability in the controller’s output.
